Cheslin Lawrence

Cheslin has more than 20 years experience in the Built Environment. His foundation in Construction Management Principles was laid during him working at three of the largest construction companies in South Africa, where he graduated from a student to a competent Site Agent.

His career then changed to being a Contracts Manager for a prominent Formwork company and his love for structures was reignited. Then he moved to another international construction company where he headed up the Formwork division for South Africa.

It was shortly thereafter that he discovered his passion for business and decided to establish a business called Chezcon, a company specializing in Formwork. For a period of 9 years, under the banner of Chezcon, he completed many successful projects and built many relationships with customers.

In 2019 he was approached by one of the largest Facade contractors in Southern Africa, where he initially consulted, but it wasnt long before his contribution resulted in him being appointed a position as the Business Development Director for South Africa and Africa.

With all this experience he chose to partner with Lindzay to develop Paragon Master Builders.

Lindzay Daniels

Lindzay Daniels has more than 15 years plus experience in the built environment, He established LMD Construction in 2011 and primarily executed projects across the Western Cape.

The business was astutely lead by Lindzay, a young entrepreneur and Quantity Surveyor and Construction Management graduate.

The company gained prominence in the building industry locally and he had a vision of becoming the contractor of choice in the construction industry through his innovative leadership.

Together with Cheslin, they share a common vision for being the contractor of choice.
